“From the moment we entered the property our experience was less than ideal. The staff member at the front desk should not be working in the hospitality industry. She never smiled and only conversed when required to give or get specific information. She was actually rude on a number of occasions during our stay and sighed deeply when having to respond to any questions or needs. Breakfast was very minimal, not what we expect when advertised as being included: 2 choices of dry cereal, toast, 1...

“old beds, staff not clean, did not speak english well very run down place”

“No fitted sheets for pull out bed- only top sheet provided!? 3 guests, 4 towels; Pool towels would have been a nice amenity in the room. It didn't occur to me to bring my own from own. Also, lobby coffee area opened ~ 20 minutes late Sunday morning. While things happen with staff, the women running around to open could have been more friendly to those waiting.”
