“Pool was closed. Staff was never at the front desk. Breakfast was staged, but not really there. On a positive note, the room was very clean and well maintained.. I had a message stating that the price of my room had gone done, I was refused the new price as I was told it was another hotel. It was not.”

“Good breakfast, nice room, and friendly, easy check-in and out, good location. It doesn’t mention it, but they have a pool and hot tub. Issues were, there was a sticky spot on the carpet by the desk, water puddle by ice machine, clock display was not functioning properly, and a lot of the outlets didn’t work.”

“The room was very spacious and quiet. The room smelled of smoke which was very disappointing. The pull- out sofa did not function properly. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very accommodating.”

“Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.”

“Not accessible, as it had no elevator and no handicapped parking on the far side of the building. The room was clean, but the tiles in the bathroom were loose. The exterior of the building was filthy.”

“The rooms were large and spacious. Well appointed and very clean. Great set up in a fun location with the market vibe on the ground level. Really well soundproofed rooms - I thought it might be noisy but I had no issues. I’d definitely stay again.”

“Clean room, great breakfast. Opened up early so those of us running in the Faro Marathon could eat. Even provided water. Easy parking with quick access to the highway, mall, and lots of places to eat. Stay here every year.”

“What an amazing hidden gem! From the convenience of its location to the amazing staff (Dean Jr was my favorite!) to the cleanliness, this hotel is great. Will book again for next year!”

“I would probably just skip the breakfast if you don’t want toast or a waffle, not many other options. Room seemed a bit outdated and a little old looking but bed was comfortable which I guess is what’s important. There’s no ice machine on the 2nd floor at all, which I found odd. Overall not terrible for the price you pay.”

“The toilet flush wasn’t working very well. No amenities at this location. We stayed 2 nights for the Fargo marathon, room was quiet, bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was great to keep food cold and heat it up quickly. Location was great for our shuttle at Scheels arena!”

“I just used this room to take a nap in, I didn’t want to fall asleep driving. & I don’t have my car camping set up ready yet… I was on the first floor, there alone, single woman. I did NOT like the fact that my window was unlocked. This is a huge safety concern in the world we have today, and human trafficking being prominent. The price is unbeatable.
