“We stayed in the Rosalind Room which has its own private balcony. The room is comfortable and well-appointed. Slightly snug for two adults but we anticipated that given that it’s a bed & breakfast. It’s walking distance from the theaters for the Utah Shakespeare Festival which is why we were in town. Ideal. The breakfast was good and the coffee plentiful.”

“The staff at Springhill Suites are the best. Always happy to help. Breakfast bar is good and well stocked. The only negative comment I have is that there is not one bench or chair where a smoker can sit for an occasional smoke. Seems a bit unfair for us smokers.”

“The staff was nice, professional and pleasing. Our hotel room was not well maintained, as it had sloppy drywall patchwork, grouting in the bathroom was missing and/or sloppy over the counters / tilework and overall was basically not very clean in appearance. I believe the staff does what they can to try to keep the hotel clean, but the owners really need to overhaul the hotel with contractor work: spots in the carpets, marks on the walls, unsealed window edges, dirty ceilings & vents, sloppy...
