“We stayed in the Rosalind Room which has its own private balcony. The room is comfortable and well-appointed. Slightly snug for two adults but we anticipated that given that it’s a bed & breakfast. It’s walking distance from the theaters for the Utah Shakespeare Festival which is why we were in town. Ideal. The breakfast was good and the coffee plentiful.”

“There were roaches all over our room, dead and alive. There was hair all over the floor. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. The only ice machine was broken. There were human feces outside the check-in office. Please, stay anywhere else!”

“Very clean. Check-in was okay. Front desk staff wasn't there all that often. Wi-Fi was AWFUL. After the first night it didn't work at all. Property isn't well insulated so there's a lot of noise from the street.”
