“Absolutely unacceptable experience at WoodSpring Suites Clarksville. I called ahead days in advance and spoke with management (Whitney, Assistant General Manager) to inform them I would be arriving late. I was clearly told that late check-in would not be an issue and that staff would be available. I arrived shortly after 3:00 AM and was completely locked out of the building. I repeatedly used the after-hours phone (dialing 500 as instructed), but the line stayed busy and never connected....

“Decent stay”

“This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe.”

“Worst place ever ”

“Rooms are in the middle of a nightclub/bar. Loud music blares and people yelling till 3am. Zero parking anywhere near the hotel after 7pm. Rooms were decent but wouldn’t stay on the weekends unless you don’t mind extremely loud music/bass blaring till 3am and having to park blocks away.”

“When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean. “Room was clean when we arrived. Room should have been cleaned every day. It was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Other rooms were leaving trash bags in the hallway. Now I know why. We came back to the room as we left it. I got clean towels from desk clerk. A note was made to clean the room the next day. The next day, we were told there was only one cleaning person and they didn't know if they'd get to our room. It didn't get cleaned. Breakfast was minimal. They had cheerios in a bin....
