“Often nobody at the desk or you have to call out to get from back. Location by lightrail can be bit sketchy with homeless. Very close to hwy 50 so convenient.”

“They've put some "lipstick on the pig" here. The rooms have been redone, the beds were clean and comfortable and the linens were nice. Carpeting was clean. But the hotel itself was still pretty "creaky": The elevators are slow and shudder. The air conditioners are old and rattily and noisy. You get some freeway noise in the rooms. There is a very good restaurant next door we enjoyed.”

“This place is infested with bedbugs. There was blood all over the sheets . Amenities were not even turned on everything about this stay was a nightmare. I have pictures and videos of how disgusting it is.”

“The staff is nice I can say that. However the individual and or family staying above me which I assume is room 205 was playing a horn or some sort of horn instrument 1:30 pm in the afternoon the first day of my stay. Which, I found to be rude staff was helpful in rectifying the issue. The food that is served could be a lot more better for the price you are paying to stay there and i didn’t like that paper plates and plastic utensils were used as well.
