“The venue was represented as a Bed and Breakfast on Expedia. The listed amenities included breakfast, The host explained it was not a Bed and Breakfast but a short-term rental. No breakfast was forthcoming. Moreover, the room did not have a bathroom but a shared bathroom down the hall that was not disclosed. The room was also unusually small. Finally, the room had a check-in after 4:30 and a checkout before 10AM. The home was beautiful but the experience of staying there was disappointing,”

“This could be a wonderful Motel 6, unfortunately the long term residents set off their car alarms and drive in and out with car radios blaring and stare down from the balconies at guests. All seemingly on purpose, either to get the prices lowered or just to be a nuisance. The AC was broken, both ice machines were broken and the first room smelled awful. The woman that checked me in was very helpful and the night gentleman was not. Bring earplugs and your own ice. Will not stay again. ”

“No bath towels or toilet paper in the room when we checked in. Random hairs on the bed and on hand towels. Room smelled terrible of cigarettes, there was also a giant crater in the middle of the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. Front desk lady was super nice and informative. Definitely looked better online than in person. ”
