“The room was very clean, housekeeping and the breakfast was good. Staff at the reception was also professional and friendly. We were on back side and had floodlights in the room, maybe turn it away from windows. The pool and hot tub were a good feature….. well used but my husband. It was a relaxing time thank you!”

“Aiesha is the nicest lady i’ve ever met very friendly very helpful my girlfriend loved her! she definitely deserves a raise. 5 stars from me!”

“Ambiente démodé all’americana anche po’ kitsch con statua di cera e foto gigantografie del proprietario tra l’altro ancora in vita e presente in hotel. Camera accogliente e pulita, bagno posizionato a metà tra la camera e vero e proprio bagno, doccia con tendina. Colazione scardina ma visto che siamo in USA averla inclusa è già un vantaggio. Ristorante attiguo Russell’s ottima carne ”

“Upon arrival the area was full of angry people. Fights in the parking lot and a mob in the lobby. There were no clean rooms to be had. No housekeeping staff on the premises. They refused to assist and turned us away. This was the last thing we expected to have happen. We were taken advantage of by other establishments because of the desperate situation we were in. By far, the worst hotel experience ever.”

“The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room.”

Aria condizionata con filtro supersporco Stanze vicine tanto che alle 4.30 di mattina uno per farsi la doccia mi ha svegliato con il rumore dell'acqua che scrosciava che pareva fosse rotta la tubazione. E' l'ultima volta che mi ha visto. Prezzo a 120 dollari per un servizio scadente. ”

“Se si vuole andare a visitare le cascate del Niagara spendere poco ed avere un angolo cottura super scegliete questo motel, ottima anche la palestra. Unica pecca non sistemano la stanza giornalmente”

“You gave us a confirmed reservation. The hotel says they never got it. The property was in terrible condition. You should delist it. We had to find another location when rates jumped up due to Bills- Cheifs game ”

“the hotel is a little outdated, the toilet kept clogging and we were told that the toilet has a “water saving” feature. We did not have enough toilet paper, we had to keep asking for it. The complementary breakfast was ok.”

“The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”
