“We had no internet the entire stay. We notified the front desk upon arrival and they took our room number and we never heard from anyone, We made them aware when we checked out and were told it was fine, Go check the room and follow up!! We planned to stay at this location again, but this is a deal breaker.”

“We needed a quick hotel near the airport, the photos made Clarion look like a fine choice but the property was not maintained, the rooms were filthy, with stains on towels and linens, rooms didn’t appear to be mopped, showers were scummy and looked like possible mold growth behind toilet. The pool our kids were excited to use had towels in piles on the ground. The pool bathroom wasn’t cleaned and had trash overflowing.
