Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. ”

“We absolutely loved the welcoming warm greetings of the staff person. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. We missed a hand rail in the tub/shower. We did not like the frequent and repetitive messaging regarding our arrival and departure times. One even tried to upsell us on an earlier arrival time and larger room. This was annoying and if it hadn’t been for the lovely desk person we might not have enjoyed the property as much. Please reconsider this intrusive...
