“Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. ”

We did not like the frequent and repetitive messaging regarding our arrival and departure times. One even tried to upsell us on an earlier arrival time and larger room. “Location is awesome looking over the harbor. Spacious rooms, quiet with exception of room heater. Breakfast is typical. Country feel yet in edge of town. Older hotel but cool experience.”
