“Our room was extremely clean and quiet. There was a fan but no air conditioning. We did not need it. There was no elevator which was a problem for us but, we made it. I would like to stay there again if I could be on first floor.”

“The room was okay. The picture they show of the view was very misleading. You see Mt. Baker but you see a painting company and their ugly trucks and right under the window. Also, the fireplace wasn't working. They informed us that they shut off the gas during the warmer months. The fireplace was one of the main reasons we chose this room and there was no disclaimer stating the fireplace wouldn't be working. Very disappointed. Also, I do have to say, it could have been in better condition. The...

“We had a child in our group and staff was always friendly, available and responsive in escorting us to the restaurant and back to the lodge through the casino area.”

“This place is Amazing and Small a great little getaway very peaceful setting . Very comfortable rooms Mine had a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. Home cooked breakfast. Wife and I love this place. ”

“they provide you with a huge that the fridge is not on, turn it to 0 when arrive, ac/heat also not on. may take upwards of an hour to do either. this is in efforts to save enrgy. no idea bucket, coffee maker. was a mini fridge (needed wipe down inside). lighting poor. have to turn the 4 lamps on. still quite dark inside. bed was comfy. bathroom looks remodeled but not much effort. they have wifi but it even states you may hit be able to use al programs. I had to take wifi off to do anything....

“We found our room very clean, nice and quiet. Both breakfast and parking were great. The only down side we had was that the window in the room did not open/wasn't made to open. I know crazy but in Western WA it really is nice to let the fresh air in. Very close to restaurants, gas, coffee shops, etc.”

“The Hero is great for a romantic getaway with spa services. The jetted tubs in the rooms are enormous. The ambiance is cozy. The free breakfast includes eggs made to order. The massages are awesome. We will be back.”
