“Our youngest child of five had just turned eighteen. So my husband & I felt we deserved a little getaway. The Captains suite was absolutely wonderful. Clean, spacious, view of the water. It was evident the moment we walked in they care about details. Customer service & showing care of little details is important to me. They were amazing in both areas, making the trip even better. “Hotel felt safe and clean enough for a one night stay. However, we had to make repeated trips to the office, which was locked and only accessible with a door buzzer and intercom, for items that should have been in the room (toilet paper, coffee condiments, paper cups for coffee). The woman at the front desk was helpful each time we buzzed for her. ”
