Casa con piscina, a pochi minuti da Disney Land e dalla Convenzione

Goditi la piscina privata nel cortile sul retro, la cena al barbecue, poi, a tarda sera, i fuochi d'artificio Disney illuminano il cielo! Se sei qui per lavoro, non è un problema che abbiamo spazio per te, il nostro extender Wi-Fi dovrebbe aiutarti a farlo. Smart tv con Netflix e altro ancora.
La cucina gourmet è completamente attrezzata per cucinare o cuocere, banconi in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, un ambiente privato, alberi da frutto tra cui scegliere.
4 camere da letto, 3 bagni, 4 auto possono parcheggiare nel modo in auto. 11 max. Nei letti (sia il divano futon che la sedia abbinata si svolgono in un letto, si trovano nella sala giochi). Si noti che la sedia non sarebbe abbastanza grande per un adulto. Ampio open space, tutti i pavimenti in travertino in cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno e le camere da letto hanno tutti i pavimenti in legno. Enormi finestre per mostrare una vista sul cortile. Questa casa ti farà sentire come a casa lontano da casa, perfetta per intrattenere famiglie o gruppi per lavoro, feste di matrimonio, vacanze o amici che si incontrano! La sala giochi ha un tavolo da biliardo, tavolo da ping pong, freccette e partite di basket.
Ben illuminato in tutta la casa per fornire un senso di sicurezza.
Molto importante: sebbene tutti i bagni siano di buona qualità, non sono stati ristrutturati, sono pavimenti in marmo e piastrelle quadrate standard, tutti i nuovi infissi e tutti i nuovi servizi igienici, ma non nuove docce e lavandini.

Devi richiedere alcuni mobili per bambini, a volte portiamo cose in altre case per non avere ospiti senza bambini che hanno questi elementi in mezzo.
Forniamo Pantene, e tutti i lavaggi naturali per il corpo agli agrumi, abbiamo Netflix per i nostri osservatori TV e fire-stick. C'è una nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice in loco e detersivo per il bucato.

La piscina non è riscaldata e al momento non offriamo la possibilità di riscaldamento.

La città di Anaheim REG # 2014-00141. È richiesto un soggiorno minimo di tre (3) notti consecutive. Si noti che una commissione del 3% viene detratta dal deposito se viene utilizzata una carta di credito. Il nostro pagamento predefinito è gratuito.

The gate was added security. Short drive to Disneyland, so no crazy uber fees to Disneyland. Food close by and groceries stores too. Fit our family of 10 from couples to kids great. Teens and kids loved the garage. Kitchen well supplied to cook. Definitely worth staying here again.

Disney trip

This worked perfectly for our 3 day trip to Disney Land. My wife and I , our kids and grandkids slept very comfortably. The house has plenty of space. The 3 bathrooms were perfect for our large group. I loved having room to park our 3 cars in the driveway. There were plenty of amenities, though we didn’t use many of them. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for out Conference

My colleague and I stayed here instead of the conference hotel. It was a welcome break from the daily sessions to have a home to come to. Master suite was well-appointed; I appreciated the handheld shower head for my curly hair and the bed was very firm but supportive. My colleague stayed in the room with a view of the pool; she was very comfortable with the shared bathroom at the end of the hall. The kitchen has the necessary dishes, cookware cutlery and glassware. It was lovely to have on-demand filtered water. We didn't make any meals due to our short stay and busy schedule, but it was a comfotable space to send a few emails and relax. I could definitely see a large family or even 2 very friendly families staying at this property with easy access to theme parks and activities. The pool is a great bonus. It isn't heated, and neither of us decided to swim but it was comfortable to put your feet in to cool off and relax after a long day of walking. Communication with the owner and manager was seamless via the app. They were very accomodating and helpful.

Cousin trip to Disney, Universal and Knott’s

Overall, this property was fine and worked for our family. The game room in the garage was a big hit with our boys (ages 9 & 11). A big disappointment was the pool. It’s not heated and that was not clear from the listing. In fact, the listing stated that it could be heated for a fee. In general, the house is very dated and seems like a bit of a DIY flip. The floors are very uneven and would pose a trip hazard for anyone who might be unsteady on their feet. The kitchen is functional but very poorly equipped - no scissors, no pairing knife, no serving bowls. Would also have been nice if there were items like plastic wrap or ziplock bags. Some basic instructions would also have been helpful - how to use the TVs, how to sort the recycling and dispose of the garbage. Given the price point, it did not meet my expectations.

My review for this Rental House...

I read the House advertisement about the house. First thing I stepped in. Rules posted to take your shoes off in this 50+ year old pieced together house. If that was in the advertisement, I would have not rented the house. At this price you would expect luggage racks, or something so you don't have to your suit case on the floor. Cheap and lacking furniture. Floors uneven because of pieced together house, 4 places steps or uneven in house. Front pouch step most dangerous, would never pass "any safety inspection". Heat not balanced, hot one room, cold the next room. Game room in old garage, no heat, pool table ok, couch terrible needs replaced, old ripped balls for basket shooting. Checking in was so un-friendly, although I sent a pre-Text. He sent me a person and phone number to contact over Verbro, "useless" as Vrbo x's out ALL phone numbers in messages. Owner don't even know this? You would think a Text / Phone call or something, cold, like pay me is all he cares about. We never spoked, although I called him, no return call? Advertised as walking distance to Disney, Not at all, Un-Safe, Traffic, Not Practicable. Showers in Bathrooms very good. Senior Toilets, very good. Every thing on extensions cords in rooms as not enough outlets in rooms. Cold so we did not use Air, no comment. Only one broken down couch in TV Room, seats 3 at most, where does others sit? TV had no Local Live Anything, No Cable, or Direct, Dish, only Terrible Internet TV, just Old unheard of movies. Other words "Cheap out". House just Old, Dated, musty smell, no carpets, which made all the sounds loud. Scale 1 to 10, I would rate it for a place to stay, 4 at best. For the money charged and fee's a , a 2 Rating would be high For this place. "Do Not Recommend" . I am a Seasoned Traveler, this review accurate for future travelers. Thank you, Frank c '

Horrific nightmare!!!

Where do I start? Check in 4p.m. stated on site regardless of arrival! Arrived at 3:00pm. House not cleaned till 5:45! After cleaner left premises, microwave filthy, expected to wash towels ourselves(left dirty from previous renters), black widows in hallway, pool table full of disgusting stains! Small couch for 4 people to watch TV. We had 7. Comforter in master bedroom old and rugged! Every trash can in house filled to brim with garbage day we arrived!! Dangerous steps throughout house and uneven molding causing potential falls!! Grandson did stumble and fall!! 13 years old!! Bottom line, owner deceived us not being honest in house description and not cooperative when we emailed him with problem issues!! He refused to make things right when I attempted to discuss areas of concern!! I expected an apology and at the very least cleaning deposit refunded!! I have rented several rentals from VRBO and never disappointed but this rental was an extremely, horrific experience!!! C.P.

A Quick Skip to Disneyland

The home was just as the pictures listed. Very clean, comfortable, and was able to fit all three families that traveled along with us. It was a great getaway from the crowds of Disneyland to relax and recharge. We would definitely book again.

Excellent Property; No Pool in Winter

This property and manager are excellent in everyway. The house was clean, bright, and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive and flexible and very polite. The only downside of our stay was that the pool is unheated.

Covid change of scenery

Needing a change of scenery after 4 months of SIP, I booked this property for the beautiful SoCal weather & the pool. Our intention was to literally stay IN for the week & did just that and are very happy we did since we saw VERY, VERY few locals wearing masks. The home was perfect for the 5 adults and my 9 year old daughter. There are a few little things that could be tweaked...the dishes & drinking glass didn’t look very clean so we went through the cabinets & ran them through the dishwasher. The dishwasher worked properly about every 3rd time we used it. The compartment for the dishwasher detergent did not pop open 5 of the 8 times we ran it. It’s an older, smaller model. We even dug out the old, dried on soap around the dishwasher pod compartment door thinking that could the problem but it wasn’t a sure fix. For the first run we used a pod that was under the sink & figured maybe they were old & that’s why the soap compartment door didn’t open. I used the fresh couple ones I had brought from home, and ones I added to our grocery orders but it only helped for 3 of the 8 loads.. I couldn’t help but think of all the water that was wasted. For a property that can accommodate up to 11 people, the tiny dishwasher & sinks made it difficult to stay on top of the dishes. There is an abundance of plates & but a small amount of bowls & glasses the rest of the kitchen tools were lacking. The can opener was rusted & broken so we had to add a new one to one of our grocery deliveries. There was one huge plastic serving bowl and a few serving/cooking utensils. The sparseness of the serving bowls, drinking glasses & kitchen tools can easily be remedied with an inexpensive trip to the dollar store. We were surprised to find there were no plastic glasses or cups in a property with a pool. We had issues with the Amazon Firestick not working in living room. The host had a new stick there by day 3 & walked us through the log in process as we needed his password & log info for his account but that took an hour or so of back & forth. The bathroom pocket door in the room that is set up for kids doesn’t shut & lock without jiggling with it but once it does, it is difficult to open.. I can see a kid getting locked in there. Pool cleaners arrived and entered the backyard but we were not informed they were coming so we were startled when they entered the yard. The garage was converted into a recreation room which was great fun! Small things-house was lovely

Exactly what we were looking for!

We had a great and relaxing long weekend getaway! All around fence perfect for our dog. Pool is amazing and very private. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return in the future.
