“In no way this is a 5 star resort. Completely overpriced for the level of services provided. Staff members were all polite but definitely not well trained and transactional, food very mediocre. Spectacular location. This resort is priced at the level of an Aman or Mandarin Oriental-type property and it is very far away from that. Very disappointing for the price we paid. ”

There is nice signage or any indication anywhere that we are at the Picton waterfront apartments. This created total confusion and frustration whilst we walk outside in heavy rain with our luggage paper in hand trying to figure it out. Very poor experience. Phone calls and email went unanswered. We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service.
