“L’hotel non è male. Ma non capisco perché se prenoto per tre ed indico l’ora di arrivo, non trovo il terzo letto devo chiedere varie volte gli asciugamani. Se arrivo da 4 ore di auto vorrei subito farmi una doccia e non dover attendere 20 minuti ”

“We went to Erzurum/Palandoken as a family of 5 for skiing. Palan Otel was perfectly located in between every skiing course at Palandoken. Unlike Europe where you pay for a single ski pass and get to ski in every course possible, at Palandoken there are 3 options which costs around 12 euros/day/person. So having the option to close to all of the possibilities was a great plus, we get to choose on which course to ski at the start of every day, bought the pass and made the best out of our holiday....

“Hotel is new and rooms are big and comfortable. Beds are also very comfortable and large. Staff is kind and speak english (it doesn't happen often in Turkey out of turistic places). Breakfast offers a full range of food and drinks of good quality. It is located out of the city center, so it is more quiet and no problems for the parking”
