Capsule Hotel a Anchorage

“Staff was warm and helpful. The pool was clean and the Hottub was as well. Will stay here anytime I’m in Anchorage”

“I servizi dell'hotel, in particolare la nsvetta, sono ottimi. Il personale è professionale, cortese e disponibile. Gli arredi nelle stanze sono nuovi, le stanze sono pulite. La struttura rinnovata nelle parti essenziiali, si colloca nella media locale. La posizione è comoda per visitare il centro della cottà. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.”

“The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Upon arrival, I explained to the staff that my K9 had a upset stomach, The front desk gave me some puppy pads at no charge. This is what you call customer service.... Thank you...”

“Camera molto piccola, arredo vecchio e datato, lavandino in camera (!!), odore di muffa, tv non funzionante , 10 minuti di attesa per avere l’acqua calda …il tutto a 210 dollari! Mai più! ”

“I love this hotel! The rooms are large, the pool is awesome and the staff is kind and helpful! Also it’s a great place to bring kids.”

“Spotless hotel, extremely comfortable beds, and a great location just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Anchorage. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the entire stay. Highly recommended!”

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

“It was great”

“Great place to stay compared to other places in Anchorage”

“The room was spacious, having the kitchen and full size fridge, and a non-keurig coffee maker was a perk. 24/7 free laundry with multiple machines was amazing. The couch was a little iffy, i think i got bitten twice by something while sitting on it, but other than that it was a perfect stay.”

“The property is conveniently located in the middle of Anchorage. Most stores and restaurants delivery which is an added bonus. The breakfast is really good for a free added bonus… overall I have nothing negative to say about the property”
