"Fantastic staff: everyone from the reception staff to restaurant personnel to cleaning staff. Jimmy provided realtime help in arranging day and overnight trips outside of Hanoi and the reception staff were so helpful each day offering ideas and help. Great spa experience, too. The highlight was the daily breakfast: top quality food and variety. Our favorite was the homemade yogurt. They also had a number of upgrades and renovations including the rooftop and restaurant. The chef and staff were wonderful. Perhaps other hotels are fancier, but La Neuva Boutique offered us standout/exceptional service with support, logistics, hotel-airport transfers and day trips. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Splendid Premium Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They assisted us with an issue regarding our flight tickets, even checking the details for us to confirm which luggage was included. They also arranged drivers whenever we needed and provided clear information for all our questions. The hotel was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Breakfast was international and abundant – nothing to complain about. We also booked a traditional Vietnamese massage through the hotel, at their partner spa, and it was excellent. After our initial two-night stay, we decided to return for a third night before our flight, as the location was convenient for the airport. This was an additional confirmation of the excellent service we had already experienced. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with everything just a few minutes’ walk away. We highly recommend this hotel to other travelers, not only for the strategic location but above all for the kindness, professionalism, and attention of the staff."
