“Rug was soaked upon arrival with musty smell. No other rooms available they told us. We left within 20 minutes and are pursuing a refund”

“Unique property. Loved the colonial Spanish style. Very clean. Staff were all pleasant. Great location. Many local restaurants and nice park behind it.”

“No kitchen, room had microwave and coffee pot both units cords didn't reach outlets! I had to switch around both to reach an outlet, microwave had be turned on its side as well to use. Coffee offered in room was terrible ended up buying jar of instant, lol”

“Building was well maintained and room was clean. Breakfast could be better with more choices. Towels were not 100% cotton.”

“The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! ”

“Great place, great staff, including the sweet breakfast lady. Clean room, great bed, great shower and no noise. Parking easy and property well maintained. What more can anyone ask for at a great price that beats the other nearby hotels. Thank you again for a restful night, to all the staff.”

“The property was very nice, clean and it smelled clean (smells are a pet peeve). Only issue was that they say they will clean on the 3rd day, they didn’t. There was a misunderstanding (I believe). ”

“My sheets smelled like a musty, man. The toilet was loose . I could not get it taking care of unless I was in the room. I should not need to be there for the room to be cleaned or for the toilet to be fixed. Very loud people staying there the room needs noise consolidation windows. The beds were very comfortable. Would have gave it a better rating if all those thing were taken care of. Tammy at the front desk was great. Also had unexpected fees 150 deposit that I have not gotten back yet. i...
