Dear MaryWe are dissapointed to read that your stay with us wasn't completely satisfactory. Our apartments feature different styles and we appologize if the apartment you were in did not match your expectations. As for the transport: we are located a very short walk from the train station and the vast majority of our guests are happy to walk the short distance and take in the scenic surrounding. Alternatively there are myBuxi taxis which are bookable through an app. Since the waiting time was a bit long when you arrived, out of courtesy one of our employees drove to the trainstation in order to pick you up. We are sad to read that this extra service could not satisfy your needs.As for the coffee: our apartments are self-catered holiday apartments, which is also stated in the booking process. In order to make our guests welcome right from the start, we do provide a "starter-pack" for the first day, afterwards we ask our guests to get what is needed at the closeby department store.Nevertheless we hope to welcome you back again soon in order to make up for this last stay that did not satisfy you completely.Best regardsAndermatt Alpine Apartments
