“Activities for kids great. Rooms very clean. One room door handle in bathroom was broken”

“This hotel requires a renewal. There are no plugs or USB ports near the bed. Paint was peeling on the bathroom ceiling. The television was small and old with a very limited selection of channels. Guest instructions regarding room cleaning was not properly explained. For $250 CAD a night in the small town of Leamington, I think guests deserve better. The only 'saving grace' was the friendly, helpful and accommodating woman on the front desk who patiently resolved most problems. ”
