“I took the opportunity to book through Expedia this time for a discount, 2 months ahead of our stay. NEVER AGAIN!! Due to no fault of our own, our connecting flight was missed caused by our airline. When I called the hotel to push us out one night as we were stuck in Denver, the hotel wouldn’t talk to us. “The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting Mount Vernon and anything in the DC area. “I booked a room for three adults. When we got to our room, it was for only two people. We called and they switched our room right away. They even brought us the key to the new room. I thought that was excellent customer service. We received bottle water as a welcome gift which was a nice touch to me.
