“This place was truly a surprise. We had a number of rooms for a family event in town. Each room was unique, well appointed and interesting. Hit all of the bars - clean, comfortable beds and excellent service. The women who checked us in was professional, personable and helpful. Could not ask for anything more.”

“My first impression of The Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange was that it looked nice from the outside, but that quickly changed once I got to my room. As soon as I walked in, I could tell it wasn’t clean—there were stains on multiple surfaces, which was really off-putting. I also had an issue with the door. The extra safety lock didn’t work, and when I went to the front desk, I was told there basically isn’t one and that just shutting the door is enough. Maintenance was sent up, but the...

“The hotel is clean and employees are friendly. We did experience teens banging on our door at 10:45pm twice. We were traveling with our two kids who are under 5 and they were both terrified and did not sleep all night due to them not understanding why someone would come and bang on our doors in a hotel at that time. Never have experienced this before so for that reason I cant give it a 5 star review ”

“L’unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto della struttura, è che la pulizia delle stanze la facevano ogni 2 gg. Ci sono stato nella stessa struttura altre volte, l’ultima è stato 2 anni fa, la pulizia delle stanze veniva fatta tutti i giorni, risolto questo problema il resto è tutto ok”
