“We checked in one hour early and they held our bags until our room was available. The room with King bed was big considering this was England & our rooms are usually shoebox size!!We enjoyed lunch & breakfast at their restaurant. You can walk to town for the mall and loads of eateries. We took an Uber to the port the next day for boarding which was reasonable & quick for our Cunard ship. Only thing I noticed not exactly right was a $44 charge when we checked out. Not clear on that as I thought...

I was blown away by theirckindness and generosity. To the point at which they let us put my wedding cake in the fridge. Honestly the best hosts ive ever had. “Excellent choice for pre or post cruise out of Southampton. There were 4 of us. We had a room with 2 bedrooms, king size bed in one and 2 twins in the other. Hotel restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. We used Uber to get around. 10 out of 10 recommend!”
