Highly recommend!
Everyone was very nice, and check-in and out were super simple and convenient. Rooms were very clean, and spacious. Definitely comfortable, and truly a value for the rate.

It was a great experience! It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Property itself is close to a lot of stores. Very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was easy. Room was more than I expected. Perfect for someone who like to cook or make their own healthy food instead of that fast food stuff. Internet perfect. Bathroom clean. I would definitely stay here next time I pass through. Thank you Eagles Den.

The check-in process is extremely insecure. There was no one in the office just 30-40 min after check-in started. I was asked to text my driver’s license to whom I don’t know. I have no verification that my id information will be deleted and or disposed of in a secure manner. Outside of this extremely concerning issue, our stay was great. The property was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised at the value received for what we paid.

Hi Susan, I understand your concern and we regret we didn't have an opportunity while you were here to ease that concern. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. We do offer after hours express for your convenience as well as after hours on-call. We are available to our guests. The manager received an after hours call from you on our business cell phone. The manager asked for your permission if she could text you from the same business phone you called from Eagle's Dens Suites. The manager ask for you to respond with a copy of your Driver's License. You agreed to do so with no expression of concern. We definitely would have accommodated your concern had we'd known. Your driver's license is placed in our reservation system taken directly from the business cell phone. We only asked to verify with your driver's license upon check in to ensure your identity for your reservation. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and our accommodations. Thank you and have a great day.

Best Choice
Eagle's Den was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and convenient. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. It's designed for extended stay, and for that it would be great, but it was not a disappointment for a one night stay.

Love It!
The stay both times was great. The place is quite, and you feel like you are at home eve n if it is just for a night. It is clean, and I like that they provide you a broom and mop to clean up as well as the option to wash if needed. This last visit, we did have very little water pressure in the shower, but previous, was better regarding the water pressure

Amazing place.
This place is amazing and the staff is the best. Super accommodating to the fact we arrived past midnight and he still met us there and checked us in. Very impressive.

Good stay in Andrews
Amazing hotel to stay in. I loved that it had a kitchen so I didn’t have to eat out every night. It’s also not too far from the grocery store or dollar tree in case you forget something.

The property was very clean and roomy. The location was excellent for grocery stores, restaurants, gas, etc. The staff was very friendly but not having weekend staff was a minus. And I did run into a couple of problems over the weekend that had to be coordinated with off-duty staff. Luckily they were very accommodating. And I think some kind of playground equipment for children would be useful for families traveling with children. We stayed there 4 nights. Overall I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the staff, the location. I was surprised that the amenities did not include coffee, tea, etc. though.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have coffee available upon request. We are set up for long term stay and have all of the amenities such as a full kitchen and including washer and dryer. Give us a call and we will be happy to honor your request for coffee or tea.

The room was amazing. Very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the numerous spiders and beetles that were in the room. Other than that, i would definitely recommend this place.

Nice, clean, comfortable and good management. The only thing that I Would have preferred would have wanted was a bath tub not just a shower.

Home away from home
The suite is comfortable, easy and convenient. It has pots, pans and dishes available to use and it’s pretty clean. Great place to stay especially for extended stays.

Amazing room. Brand new. It had a full kitchen complete with a dishwasher and ice maker. Tim checked me in online. He was awesome. I will definitely stay again.

We were running into trouble the whole trip and so we were really late for check out they checked me in while I was on the road in all I had to do when I got there was relax. The room was fantastic. Other then very small shower area. Bit worth it. Thanks guys
