“Decent hotwl”

“We really liked the walk-in shower. Handicap parking was close. Staff responsive to our wants and needs.”

“It was a decent hotel to stay in for an extended amount of time. Breakfast was the same everyday, but it was plentiful. Enough options so I wasn't eating the same thing every day. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it is next to the highway, very little highway noise. Location was convenient to the hospital, Newburgh, UE, mall. Good amount of parking. Largest complaint was the issue of noise within the building....very thin walls to the point that I heard neighbors'...

“The girl working the front desk was amazing! ....the hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. We tried 3 seperate rooms, all filthy. Used/dirty towels from previous guests hanging on the back of bathroom door (on 2 out of the 3 rooms), rooms smelled terrible/musty, ventilation/fans are not running when rooms are not in use so the rooms are hot and smelly... the bathroom floor was sticky from last guest, floors not washed, ripped open/empty soap packaging laying on back of toilet, the stairwell...

“Clean quiet the breakfast is ok....but Cracker barrel is next door. Overall satisfied...I have stayed there plenty of times.”

“Check in was fast and simple. Breakfast options could be a tad better. Rooms clean and friendly front desk staff. Loved the dog treats at the front of the lobby and filtered water to fill reusable cups . ”
