“Perfect for just a room, but don’t expect any amenities such as ice machine, refrigerator, or microwave. The location is incorrect and in a dangerous zone of the city (9th and mesa) and there’s no designated parking space. Overall I had a decent experience but I wouldn’t come back unless I desperately need a cheap room. P.S., the motel is also inaccessible for people with disabilities so be wary of that.”

“The amount I paid was definitely not worth it the room smelled like mildew. The shower water was horrible it had two temps freezing or mild freezing, it also flooded with someone else's hair in the bottom sink gross. The whole experience was just not worth it. Very disappointing I could have went to a motel 6 and got better service.”

“Pick to somewhere else to stay in LBC and you will be disappointed. Fairmont Breakers was by far one of the best hotel I’ve stayed. The decor in itself was great. I’d love to see more dining options on the first floor and an expanded bar. The rooftop staff were beyond amazing. The three days I stayed, they provided personalized attention to my drink selection each time! Restaurant was the best choice. I think it’s very overpriced and has a very limited selection.
