ROSE Vacances offers you this sumptuous apartment located on Place Molière, in the vibrant heart of Angers. Haussmann-style residence on the 2nd floor with lift offering breathtaking views over the Maine.

Capacity: up to 6 people.



🌟 The accommodation consists of:

• Bright living room with comfortable convertible double sofa, a trundle bed offering 2 additional beds, a large table and chairs with refined, trendy and warm decoration.

• Equipped open kitchen: kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker (SENSEO) opening onto a vast light-filled dining room.

• Independent bedroom: with quality double bed, guaranteeing optimal rest.

• Separate bathroom and WC.



🚗 Paid parking in the surrounding streets and paid car park 20 metres away (Molière Car Park)

🚗 Free parking: Place de la Rochefoucault (5 minutes' walk from the accommodation).



📍 Location:

- Opposite the tram stop "Molière".

- Ideal location to discover Angers on foot: shops, restaurants and transport nearby (BUS/TRAM).

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
