This atypical 80m2 apartment reserves the right to surprise you. Let yourself be guided between convivial moments and relaxation in its large 40m2 living space.

⚠️ To know before your booking: the apartment is located in the heart of a university town, in a lively neighbourhood. Due to this location, noise nuisance from outside (street, neighbourhood, area frequentation) may be noticeable, particularly in the evening and at weekends. This accommodation may therefore not be suitable for people particularly sensitive to noise.
