Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. Hard to find, beautiful 4 bedroom luxury villa
It was a very nice place to stay. Shuttle busses were a 2 minute walk. We had a great time.

Club Ocean Villas II by Coolvacay
Absolutely AMAZING! So easy to check in, the place is beautiful, private hot tub and jacuzzi bath CANNOT BE BEAT. It's a beautiful location and staff (Lois) was wonderful! I will never go back to a hotel again.
