“I like the home vibe and the huge room it’s clean and comfortable”

“Room was very clean and spacious. Front desk staff were very helpful.”

“Overall, the location was very convenient, especially being close to the outlet. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, I was woken up around midnight by someone banging a door very loudly. The TV noise and other sounds from outside continued after midnight, which made me feel uncomfortable. I had difficulty falling back asleep because I was worried someone might come to my room.”

“First, great hotel and even better location. Near many amenities for food or shopping choices. Hotel was clean and staff great. No issues. Lobby is extra-large with several seating areas. Outside seating area for smokers.”

“The morning staff older gentleman was not pleasant, or helpful. He never spoke and we stayed here for four nights. Also, when we arrived, we waited thirty minutes at the front desk for assistance. The employee stated he was the only one working so he kept getting called. We were tired from the drive and had two dogs with us. They need to have the front desk covered when guests are checking in.”

“I Love the Hyatt it was amazing. It was our first time staying at the Hyattt.It was wondering! Just amazing. We were visiting our 88 year old aunt. Embassy Suites, Westgate, nor the Sheraton have nothing on the Hyatt. The staff was excellent very good customer service skills! Especially the young man who kept the food for breakfast replenish the, tables clean, the food area was kept clean. I don't remember his name but he was very pleasant great personality! He worked there for 4 or five years...

“The hotel was nice and clean. The representative who greeted us upon checkin and checkout was very helpful and friendly. Guests much requests room service daily. I recommend you bring extra towels. Also, recommend you request a receipt upon leaving especially, if you have early checkout. Unfortunately, I will not be considering this hotel for future stay.”

“I booked a room in a February, a standard King room. When I got to the hotel I was told that my room was upgraded to a deluxe double room. Upon getting to the room I realized that the standard King room that I booked in the nice renovated half of the hotel turned out to be a room with two full beds in an outdated rundown section of the hotel. I was unable to sleep in the same bed as my wife.There is no way the two of us would fit in a full sized bed. I had stayed in this hotel in the past and it...

“The parking was good. Breakfast was limited and juice was watered down. The pool was freezing cold but the hot tub was nice. Room was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was super nice.”
