“L'hotel ha accettato la mia prenotazione prepagata su Expedia pur essendo in overbooking, al check in mi hanno detto che non c'erano camere. Dopo molte insistenze mi hanno dato una camera d'appoggio in una specie di dependance, in pessime condizioni. Dopo tre ore che ero li' due grossi ratti stavano tentando di entrare in camera dai varchi della tettoia, sono andato via. Peccato perche' il main building e' carino, ma questi comportamenti sono inaccettabili.”

“I had booked 2 rooms at OYO rooms Anjuna beach from 23 Jan to 25 Jan 2016 for 6 people well 3 months in advance. The name of the hotel was Whispering woods. On reaching the hotel on 23 Jan I was told by the hotel staff that we have been allotted rooms at some other location, the reason provided was that since 2 rooms are booked and the rooms are not adjacent to each other the shifting is being done.
