“Housekeeping was a problem. Original room we checked into looked like the maid had laid on the bed and never straightened it afterward. Second room they put us in had a used washcloth in the shower. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel. They just need to fix their housekeeping staff/process.”

“The internet was out the whole time I was there. They were not willing to give me a partial refund. I was unable to get the shuttle from the airport because their phone rang busy due to the internet outage. Check in was extremely slow for the same reason.
The water tasted awful and I had to buy multiple bottles of water at $3 each”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains.
