“My family rented multiple rooms to celebrate my Mother’s 80th birthday. When we arrived she was delighted to see that the staff treated her to some bubbles and chocolate! It is the little things that make someone want to return to that hotel. Well done and thank you!!!”

“Overall an ok stay. Super clean and charming, unbeatable location. Some details could make the experience 5 star. All doors are very squeaky, which was disruptive in the middle of the night. There is virtually no sound barrier between the room and hallway, so it feels like you can hear other people breathing through the walls. The bed was VERY low to the ground and mattress felt cheap and dated. A few improved details would really make this place a hidden gem. ”

“Pros:Nice and helpful staff, Arms restaurant makes an excellent martini and the parking garage was easy to use clean and relatively well priced. Cons: Tiny rooms, dated, good hear guest and other room easily old hotel old rooms. Bathroom was so small at 6’5” i couldn’t literally sit on the toilet, the tank touch the wall on the one side so you could not sit straight on it. My wife at 5’3” could just make it work. i had to plan my day”

“Our stay was very nice. I am giving a rating of 4 as they are still renovating. On our 2nd day we had to keep the drapes closed as the windows were being washed...they did inform us on check in.😜 The new Renos look very nice but still equipment in the hallway and you can here drilling and other construction noises.. Our room was very comfortable. I noticed from previous visits a few of the amenities are missing~~ make-up removal pads, shower cap, no extra blanket or pillow. All and all our...

“The only complaint I have was not really the fault of the hotel, but it is located right in the bar district and little to no sound proofing in the rooms. So it was loud outside, but the hotel itself was very quiet. Clean, large room was very comfortable. ”

“Loved that they offer underground parking. Kids loved the pool area, but they do tend to run out of towls a lot. TV channel didn't work, but was able to connect my phone to stream videos for the kids. The hotel was close to Dalhousie University about 12 minute walk which was great.”
