Benvenuti in paradiso! L'ISOLA DI ANNA MARIA è la prima delle isole barriera situate lungo la costa del Golfo della Florida. È lungo circa 7 miglia e largo 1/2 miglio. È noto per le bellissime spiagge, i tramonti mozzafiato e il carico in barca di persone davvero simpatiche. L'attività numero uno nell'area è NON FARE NIENTE E RILASSARSI SULLA SPIAGGIA.

Questa è la casa vacanza PIÙ PULITA E LUMINOSA che troverai sull'isola! Questo affascinante bungalow sulla spiaggia è la SECONDA UNITÀ AL PIANO di un duplex fronte mare. (L'unità al piano terra con 3 camere da letto è disponibile come VRBO # 298525)

Questa CASA SPIAGGIA è nascosta in una STRADA MOLTO TRANQUILLA nella parte nord assonnata dell'isola. Lontano dal traffico, dalla folla e dai turisti che amano fare festa. È la 2A CASA DALLA SPIAGGIA senza strade per bloccare l'accesso. Se apri la finestra della tua camera da letto di notte, l'unico suono sarà il surf rotolante sulla spiaggia. Questa è veramente la MIGLIORE POSIZIONE sull'isola.

La tua porta d'ingresso è a meno di 1 minuto da una delle spiagge più belle e appartate della Florida. La sabbia è come lo zucchero in polvere. Non fa mai caldo ai piedi perché è al quarzo puro al 99%. L'acqua è calda e poco profonda. La pesca è eccellente. Il RISTORANTE SABBIA è a 5 minuti a piedi lungo la spiaggia.

L'unità è leggera e luminosa con una moltitudine di finestre. Tutto è stato recentemente aggiornato in un arredamento costiero con stelle marine dipinte a mano sulle pareti. Alcuni dei servizi principali includono una TV a schermo piatto da 47 "ad alta definizione, un sistema audio BLUETOOTH BOSE, un WI FI INTERNET veloce e velocissimo e un LETTO KING SIZE Stearns & Foster.

Great Location at reasonable prices

Location is about as good at it gets. The place is run well and the owners were responsive to questions and communication was excellent. Tough to find flaws based on location and price. Property was well represented by the description.

Great place with convenient beach access

We had a great time staying here. Beach access is super convenient and it was great to have some chairs, towels, a cooler and other beach accessories included with the property. Plenty of restaurants within in a few minutes of the property.

Perfect retreat!

We are fortunate to visit AMI a couple times of year and we enjoyed our stay here more than anywhere else! The proximity to the beach was ideal. The quiet street and neighborhood were perfect with our dog. It was so much safer and easier than the busier sections off of Gulf. The property manager was super responsive to our request and made our stay that much nicer The unit had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The views from the balcony were simply amazing. I would absolutely book here again and recommend it to anyone looking to visit the island!.

Home away from home

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. It was like coming home. Soooo close to the beach. And even with storm Debbie raining on us for 2 days, it was so like home that we just relaxed into the world of rain. Bring your family! You will love it.

Beautiful property

Steps away from the beach, you can see the ocean from the dinning room window. Restaurants within walking distance . Stephanie goes beyond by having extra toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. We appreciated as publix was very busy and supplies ran out the day we got there. It was a much needed relaxing vacation!

The property was exactly as advertised. The house was clean and everything we needed was provided. Just a short walk to the beach. Very quiet area. Beach is not very crowded. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Sweet house with Amazing views!

Seaside Sanctuary a Great place. You can see the gulf from the kitchen, living room, and deck. This is the upper unit and have to access by way of stairs which was no problem for us. A little warm in the main bedroom but it has a great ceiling fan and the bed was comfortable! It was unusually warm for the beginning of May though. Stephanie provided everything we needed. We Didn't need to purchase garbage bags, paper towels, TP. Etc. Check in/check out was super easy. We love AMI and this part of it especially. This has been my favorite of the 4 places we have rented. Loved being that close to the beach. I was a little nervous of doing a duplex but there were no issues with that. The people who stay and rent are respectful of one another. The only complaint is the amount of young people at the beach. Thongs, endless selfies, and loud music is not what this beach has been about in the past. Week days were quieter than weekends thankfully. If you sit closer to the water you only hear waves and see turqoise waters, that was the solution to that. This was a fantastic property and location. Will be back next year! We walked to Bean Point most mornings and were gifted with amazing sunrises, and great wildlife. Saw a Bald eagle on the beach, a few dolphin, many manatees, and a Manta Ray that completely breached the water. Loved watching the pelican's, sand pipers, and the Osprey that nests close by. Rod and Reel has a great breakfast and we love Hurrican Hanks for dinner.

Great Stay at the Sanctuary!!

My wife and I were blessed to rent this property for a quiet and peaceful getaway! The property is in prestine conditions and in a great location! We spent most of the time at the beach which is less than 100 steps from the shore. A true Santuary! Thank you Stephanie for your kindness during the entire process. We are already planning our next visit this year closer to fall. Thank you, thank you!!

Right at the beach

Suited to a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children as the second bedroom has single beds suitable for children rather than 2 adults, however, our son and his girlfriend managed OK. The beach is literally 1 minute's walk and on return there is a hot shower to wash away sand from feet and shoes. We had the upstairs property and so had the balcony that we could use to eat breakfast or use the sun-loungers and enjoy the view. Stephanie, the property manager, was always available and helpful with quick responses to any questions. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. If you want a relaxing break this is the place.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und jeden Tag ( fast 3 Wochen) genossen. Die mit großer Umsicht ausgestattete Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Strandurlaub brauchen kann, Strandequipment incl. Badetüchern und Kühltasche, Waschmaschine ( mit Pulver) und Trockner und , eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick, eine Küche die prima ausgestattet ist und ein sehr bequemes großes Bett in einem Schlafzimmer ebenfalls mit Meerblick. Viele kleine Details und die liebevolle Ausstattung sowie die Umsicht ( Spülmaschinentabs und Müllbeutel vorhanden sowie Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle vorhanden, ein Kinderzimmer mit Spielzeug und Büchern sowie Sandspielzeug- es fehlte an nichts. Ein Begrüssungsgeschenk und ein netter Brief sowie ein netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin rundeten den positiven Eindruck ab. Wir können diese Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen und werden sehr sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für eine ganz tolle Zeit !!!!

Perfect location!

We absolutely loved this cottage and it’s proximity to the beach. Its only a half mile walk to many restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The communication with the owner was exceptional. She went above and beyond by welcoming not only us, but our dog as well. We were impressed and would love to return! Notes about the island: It’s busy! Expect wait times wherever you go for food. If you want to rent a golf cart, schedule it in plenty of time before you come down. Not all streets have sidewalks and there isn’t much grass (important when your dog needs to do his business) Sunsets are spectacular! Have a cocktail at The Doctors Office and a burger at Skinny’s

The location was absolutely perfect!

We are in love with Anna Maria Island! The house was perfect for 4 people. Literally right next to a beautiful shaded walking path which leads directly to the beach. The neighborhood was so quaint and quiet. Even though this is a duplex, the walls were very well insulated and we could not hear our neighbors below us or in the house beside us. Stephanie is the perfect host. She checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Surprised us with a sweet welcome gift. She also provides everything you need for the beach. We had a very relaxing week. Spent lots of time at the beach. Our family kayaked, biked everywhere, went on a sunset cruise, shopped at a beach market. We had a lovely time. Will definitely be back!

Location, Location, Location

Obviously, the location of this beach house was perfect. Truly steps away from the beach. Sunsets could be seen from the front deck and moon rises from the back. Nearly everything on the north end of AMI is within walking distance. The house itself was clean, comfortable, well stocked and bright and cheery just as a Florida beach house should be. Stephanie was great to work with and returned messages promptly. Already looking at our calendar for a return trip!

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying here! The house was in a fantastic location, communication with Stephanie was great, the house had everything we needed. Our only regret is that the house wasn't available for us next year in January. We loved it!!
