The spacious modern design boasts beautiful natural views of canals lined with mangroves and an abundance of bird and fish life, including the gentle manatees. The idyllic balconies are perfect for morning coffee. Fish from the private dock. Launch your kayaks and paddleboards right from the property. Take in the stunning sunsets while enjoying cocktails on the rooftop deck. Enjoy the pool and spa after a day out at the beach. All of this is just a short walk from the beach, making this the perfect getaway for nature lovers and water enthusiasts alike.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. There are many sleeping options: 3 king beds, 1twin over queen bunk bed and of course a pack and play for the little one!

This home has a heated pool and spa (year-round at no additional charge) for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Please note that pool is kept around 86F depending upon season. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters do not run overnight and cooler ambient temperatures (>20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures than the pool but does not remain on or reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub.

Garages are not available for parking a vehicle.
Please note this home is not wheelchair accessible and the elevator is available for convenience only. If the elevator unexpectedly becomes inoperable, stairs are required.
Boat and boat lift are not available for guest usage.

We do require that guests sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making a reservation.

We strongly recommend all Guests acquire cancel for any reason Travel Insurance Policies, as these policies may provide Guests financial protection in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen events, including pandemic, extreme weather, and acts of God which could render the property uninhabitable.
We are doing everything to be fair and flexible, however we do have to maintain our small business. When we confirm your reservation, we are promising to hold your dates.
By booking travel without insurance you assume the responsibility for the possibility of being unable to travel. We appreciate your understanding.

Notes:
There are motion activated video security cameras at front door and front areas. All areas under surveillance are exposed to the street where there is no expectation of privacy.
The exterior of the home has a noise monitoring system. This system does not record voice nor can we hear your conversations, it only monitors decibels.
We do require a credit card hold of $500 as a security deposit. This hold is released within 7 days of check out.
