Just can’t beat that view from the deck - efficiently sized 2BR worked perfectly for us. It’s the second floor not top floor - but still a lot of steps FYI. But we didn’t mind to get that view, wow. Even a couple dolphins swimming by. Amazing spot and Sandbar right nearby to get cocktails and drinks! Five stars

10 Year Anniversary Trip

We had a great trip. The location was amazing. Beds were comfortable, House was clean and stocked with all we needed to enjoy our stay. The Host was very helpful, friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

Great week at the beach!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our friends and had a great time. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect, very convenient to the beach and to restaurants and shops. There was quite a bit within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Views!

The location is excellent—right on the beach, next to Sand Bar, and within walking distance of town. The owner has two suites, one above the unit and one next door to the rental (all in the same house), which wasn't put in the description. However, we will definitely rent again—the price, location, and unit are all well worth it!

Beautiful location on the beach

Stayed for a week in March. Clean, stylish unit perfect for the two of us. The small balcony had a spectacular beach view. We didn’t use the enclosed patio or backyard since we spent most of our time on the beach. Location was perfect- close to the Sandbar and other restaurants/stores, all within walking distance. We would definitely return!

Good SMALL location

Great for 2 people. Wouldn’t recommend for more in spite of 2 bedrooms. Living area tight and some plugs didn’t work. Overused place without decent storage. Beach location and closeness to Anna Maria city is why you pay so much.

Great beachfront property

We loved spending spring break beachfront on AMI. The rental was directly on the beach with amazing views. Although it was small, we made it work. A few updates need to be made - the couch is very worn and uncomfortable. Although the listing states it is a fully equipped kitchen - there were no baking pans, the skillet and baking sheet were in very poor condition and a good set of knives is needed. Lastly, it should be noted that there are a lot of steps to get to the second level, where the rental is located. Overall we had a great week and would stay there again.

Family Vacation

The house was super clean and right on the beach. Evrything was as advertised and in a good neighborhood. The only negative thing I could say is the it was right next to a public access so the beach was a little crowded but not enough that you couldnt land a spot for your tent and things. Then the last night of our stay we had someone come in the top portion of the house that was labeled as private so I assume it was the owners at 12:00 AM. We was already in bed ready to head home the next morning but they were pretty loud and up pretty late so it kept us up the majority of the night and didnt get much rest as you could hear everything. If that didnt happen I would have given it 5 stars.

Wonderful

He stayed seven days and loved being waterfront. Cute little Patio. We sat on every night having our happy hour. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. There was a cool covered patio under the house, but we really didn’t use that. It was too hot outside And we preferred to sit on the patio where we could see the water. The location was amazing. We walked everywhere and never use them lol best place to eat was the porch. The worst place to eat was the sandbar next-door close to markets bars, restaurants, stores, or gift shops , there are a lot of stairs. If you’re disabled this may not be the spot for you. Plenty of ceiling fans. Air conditioning worked great kitchen was well appointed. We will definitely try to stay here again.

This was a lockbox entry, so no humans involved. Spectacular view, but apartment had many flaws/omissions .Worst were the windows, non of which opened w/o significant effort, some fell out of their frames when opened, many screens had large rips. Door wall had no screen door at all.Kitchen was nice and modern, but very poorly equipped, not even wine glasses in a vacation rental! Only one pack of dw soap, mismatched and cheap dishes, super cheap silverware. Not a condiment to be seen. Baths nice, clean and new. However, no hooks or safety bars. The apartment is also in need of new paint .Hope someone gets in there to take care of these issues
