“The check in staff was amazing! Liv in particular was extremely helpful:) The rooms were decorated in a fun and cheeky manner but had all of the modern amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The Woodsmen’s restaurant was outstanding. We had the Sunday Roast and it was one of the best meals we have ever had. The entire stay at the hotel was wonderful.”

“This charming hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk crossing the footpath bridge over the River Avon to The Royal Shakespeare Company Theater, Holy Trinity Church, Shakespeare’s birthplace, local restaurants, shopping and things to see. “The hotel is fine, the bed is comfortable, they have a nice outdoor area, breakfast and wifi connection are decent, iron and iron board are provided in the corridor for anyone to take to their room, I appreciated the coffee and the biscuits in the room, so all in all, for my travelling style, I would come back again Having said that I must point out the aspect needing improvement as I heard other customers being set off by those 1st and most annoying, the absence of anyone in the hotel....

“Good location, unfortunately we didn't enjoy the Golf green being there just 2 nights as business trip. The rooms were confortable and well dimensioned, the TV was not always working well, as well as the internet connection, not abailable in the room area where I was accomodated. The restaurant, as well as the breakfast, were really good.”
