    + By bus: 15 minutes from the station (the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Please note that the hill leading up to the residence is difficult to climb with luggage)

    ⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm.
    After 9pm, if you are unable to arrange your own transport, a surcharge of €20 will apply.

    If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
    Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
    🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety

Accès à Annecy garanti

La location près de la vieille ville et du lac permet d'en profiter à pied. En cette période de décembre, nous avons pu profiter du marché de noël et des illuminations de la ville. Nickel que du bonheur

Appartement 2 chambres proche du lac

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec un garage et un local à vélos, ce qui est très pratique. La literie est très bonne et tout l'équipement de base est présent. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 4 en famille.

Eris, our host was very attentive. He was very patient when our bus was delayed a few times. He also gave us some great breakfast places to eat in town. The property was so centrally located to everything we needed. It is close to a bike rental place, the lake and downtown Annecy, where we spent a lot of time. Great location! The apartment is simple and clean. The balcony was wonderful and spacious. It also has a rack to dry your laundry, which you will need. They have a washer but no dryer. We liked that the place was just a few minutes outside of old town so very quiet and peaceful. Away from the crowds! A plus, was the rooms have blackout blinds so we slept very well after walking or riding bikes during the day. Well worth the money! We will be back!
