  • Beautiful 66 square meter apartment in the heart of the city center of Annecy and close to the lake.
    Ideal for 4 people, 1 bathroom with shower.
    The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without elevator.

    Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".

    The room has a bed 160x200cm (King Size) as well as many storage.
    The apartment is equipped with a TV with international channels, high-speed WiFi, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.
    Linen will be provided for your stay.

    ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

    The accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator.

    🅿️The nearest car park is the Post Office car park located 2 minutes walk from the accommodation.

    Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day.

    Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
    The lake and Esplanade du Paquier is a 5-minute walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

    Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
    Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

    Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
    After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

    If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
    In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
    🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.We look forward to seeing you!

Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your translation app.

Formidable

L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé et nous a permis de profiter de la ville sans voiture. Il aurait pu être bon d'avoir un rouleau de papier toilette en plus, nous avons terminé le séjour au sopalin et aux mouchoirs.

Lovely Annecy Apartment - great location

I stayed with my three college aged children. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Living room furniture seemed a little tired looking but linens were fresh and clean, bathroom was great and having a washing machine was a big bonus! It was quite hot the weekend we were there. I would suggest making fans available to guests since there was no air conditioning. Quick walk from train station and close to everything!! Highly recommend!

The location is perfect - next to the old town and 2 blocks from the train / bus station. The host communication and response to my questions was excellent. There were nearby restaurants, ATM machines and lots of sights to see. The beautiful Lake Annecy was a short walk away thru old town.we went to the bus station and got a bus to Chamonix, France - that was fun. The apartment was very secure and in what seemed like a safe neighborhood.We would definitely recommend this place and were happy with our stay.We flew into Geneva airport - a bus or train to annecy is very long so I would recommend a car service which is what we did. It was thru Geneva shuttle.com and cost 140 one way for the two of us total. They met us inside the Geneva airport - in the terminal but after you get your luggage and go outside of the security area. They communicated very well with us and were very punctual!!. It is door to door service so very nice. We liked it so much we booked again to take us back to the airport a few days later. You are alone inside a Mercedes vehicle. It's about a 40 minute ride. It was great! We usually take a train but this train is not very direct taking about 1:45 hours

Nous sommes un couple et avons passés un très bon séjour. La situation est idéale, proche de tout mais au calme. Restaurants, commerces, lac a proximité. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Idéal pour un couple, ou avec enfant.

Bonjour Appartement au top à deux pas du centre d Annecy. Information pour trouver très bien décrit. Juste dommage pas de Clim mais nous recommandons cette appartement à qui ce soit Merci beaucoup

Bel appartement moderne très bien situé pour tout faire à pied près de la gare du lac et de la vielle ville . Pour le couchage grand lit confortable mais le canapé pas du tout confortable, manque un livre d’accueil avec bon plan et quelques adresses sympa!!!!

Apartamento com ótima localização, com fácil acesso à Gare, centro da cidade e lago de Annecy Quarto com cama confortavel, sofá cama na sala que acomodou 2 pessoas sem problemas, cozinha equipada, Wi-Fi com boa conexão Estadia perfeita

Vacances de la Toussaint 2021

L appartement est très bien placé, tout est possible à pied (centre ville, lac, gare...), l intérieur est très beau avec des matériaux de qualité et très bien équipé. Petit bémol pour le ménage (poussière, alaise du canapé avec poils cheveux et taches) et pour l absence de bonde à la baignoire (donc pas de bain possible). Nous n hesiterons pas si nous devons revenir à Annecy à relouer cet appartement ou à recontacter la conciergerie du lac pour un autre bien.

Hyper central et qualitatif

On est surtout d’emblée frappé par la qualité de la rénovation, la patte de l’architecte est visible. L’emplacement hyper central était idéal pour nous et nous n’avons pas eu de mal à nous garer en plein mois d’août dans les rues environnantes. Revers de la médaille de cette situation centrale, c’est un peu bruyant si vous voulez vivre fenêtres ouvertes. Équipements modernes et qualitatifs (les fauteuils par ex). Seules ombres au tableau : - le canapé lit pas très confortable - le Wifi un peu capricieux (nous dû redémarrer plusieurs fois)
