Lovely property - excellent location on the harbour front

The location of this house is absolutely perfect. We loved being right on the harbour and being able to look out to sea. The house was clean and tidy on arrival, and well equipped. The instructions for entry were all incredibly clear and helpful. There were some additional lovely touches, like the various games in the second bedroom for children. Our son loved them. The oven really could do with an extractor fan installing. Understand there may be limitations with it being an older property, but when cooking there was a lot of steam etc without one and it being open plan. The heating also didn't seem to quite work as the instructions said it should - which given it was mostly a warm week, was not really too much of a problem, but could have been an issue in colder weather. The outside bins could also do with labelling with 1. which house they belong to and 2. what goes in which. We had to best guess.
