“Clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Convenient complimentary breakfast. Ample free parking. Right off of the NY State Thruway in Nanuet/Spring Valley, makes it convenient for access to outer NYC suburbs, including Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Orange counties. ”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“The hotel and room were very nice. Your front desk team was exceptionally, friendly, especially the young woman who was working around 1:30 PM that day. My only complaint is that the bed was positioned in a way that made it very awkward to watch TV, despite the fact that the TV was on a pivoting mount. It affected our comfort when we were trying to watch some shows.”
