“The room was clean, though the wastebasket near the fridge was half full when we arrived. The room was well outfitted, but a little tight on space. The bathroom was modern and clean, but there was no shelf space at all in the bathroom. Neighbors upstairs were quite loud coming in at 11 pm. Location was great for easy walk to the waterfront, restaurants and shops as well as up to the public gardens.”

Confusing to figure out and we couldn't find how to enter the hotel from the underground parking garage- ended up going through the mall that was attached and then outside and in through the main door again. Other guests we passed by expressed this as well. Could have more signage for this issue perhaps.”
