Beautiful villa, lots of little extras to keep the kids amused, great tv choices for sport, films documentaries etc, lots of space to chill, couldn’t have asked for more.

We enjoyed our stay, villa was clean. The single bathroom was not useable, bad smell and no lightbulb. The fourth bedroom was not useable for young kids as not bathroom access, have to walk outside and back into main house to use toilet.

We had a great family holiday at this Villa. The pool was definitely a highlight, it was a very good size, and I liked that it was retangular and also had a deeper end. The rooms were perfect, and being able to have the addition of the pool fence was super as it meant during the day but in the evenings my toddler could play and move about and if there were no adults in the pool we knew he couldn't access it un attended. The beach was walkable however there were some hills, although we did have a hire car but mainly to explore all the island. If we had any questions it was very easy to get hold of the person we had been instructed to contact and he was very responsive. The only thing we found was at night the rooms were extremely hot, and the fand didn't really do much, but overall we absolutely loved our stay as a family and would definitely consider it again in the future. Thank you.

Excellent outdoor area much bigger than the photos with a heated pool big enough for all of us such much space for a large group different seating area with shade and sun .Loved the childrens soft play area with so many options for them. Very well equipt home from home! We were all sad to leave

Amazing villa with everything you need.The outdoor area was the best I’ve seen, so many areas to relax. The slide well this made my holiday, it was brilliant and the big kids enjoyed it too! Would definitely return, loved every minute, thank you Matias for making our stay wonderful.

Villa Fin is an excellent villa, it has all the equipment you need for your holiday. We travelled as a family from young to older and had such an amazing time so much so nobody was wanting to leave but we will all definitely be back. The villa offers so much space for everyone whether your inside or outside. Definitely recommend Villa Fin.

Lovely family villa

Great property with plenty of outside space. Lots of things available if you have kids..table football, play area, inflatables for the pool etc. Many different seating areas outside if you wish to stay out of the sun. Lounger mattresses in need of a clean, they were very dusty, but to be fair it was so windy it is probably hard to keep them clean with sand blowing. The sand was in the pool too, despite keeping the cover on it when not in use, but the pool man visited once while we were there to clean it. Huge lounge & well equipped kitchen, separate drinks fridge a bonus! Great choice of channels on tv, especially sport for the boys. Comfy beds and plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The hairdryer in the master bedroom needs replacing & the hairdryers generally are small travel type ones.The villa was generally clean apart from the floors, but again this was probably sand blowing in. The separate toilet needs attention, as there was an unpleasant smell coming from there. The fourth bedroom is accessed from outside the villa (but still within the grounds) not ideal especially if you have young children.The views from the roof terrace were lovely, there was a cafe, bar & pizza place just at the end of the road, which was very handy. More bars & restaurants within 10 minute walk & about a 25 minute stroll to the beach, it's uphill back, but taxis available & cheap. Great communication with the owner & the manager Matias. All in all a lovely villa & we enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Villa

Spacious family villa not too far from the resort centre. Heated pool fab. Kiddies play area good although some pieces need replacing. Good night sleep and powerful shower. Thank you for a great stay.

Great family holiday

We had an amazing time here , first time in a villa and could not of picked a better choice , communication from matias was great , any questions asked replied really quickly , villa was fantastic totally the right size for us , it was huge so much space and so much outside space to relax and have outside dining , pool was clean and well looked after , not sure what else to say but we will definitely use again the next time we are coming over

Superb house with everything you need.

Can’t fault our stay the villa was perfect for our family lots to keep the children entertained. The pool was the highlight of our holiday was lovely and warm the kids were in it non stop. We enjoyed the walk downhill into the town and to get a taxi back up was less than 3 euros so perfect .Definitely hoping to return one day .

Family Easter break

We very much enjoyed staying in rhe property. It was very spacious both inside and outside. The pool was a big hit with everyone. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken. This was a bit of a nuisance as there were 8 of us in our party. It would have been useful if a draining rack had been provided.It appeared from the listing that the property was not as far up the hill as it was. However, it was quite near to a well equipped supermarket and there was a lovely Italian restaurant near there as well.it wasnt too far to walk to other places and taxis were very cheap. Our main shop was done at the big Atlantico supermarket and a taxi from there was very cheap.

Fantastic place

We have just got home from a wonderful 2 week stay in this Villa and it was amazing. The views are fantastic. The heated pool is a welcoming relief in the sunshine, the large outside area was lovely. The Villa is spacious and with us being 6 adults, there was enough space to get away from each other from time to time.The Villa is a 15 minute walk downhill to the centre. Due to age and health issues of some of our party we did have to taxi back, however, taxis are usually available at the taxi rank next to the china shop in town or opposite Fado steak house. If you want rest and relaxation, peace and quiet and not be in the middle of it all, the Villa is perfect!!

Spacious and private

The villa is really spacious both inside and out. It has a good sized pool and the slide is a great addition. There is a box of pool equipment for you to use on your holiday to save you bringing any toys in your suitcase.A darts board was great for family tournaments along with table football, giant connect 4 and a tiny golf set.Two large three seater sofas and a six seater dining table were welcome additions for us while a sand storm ran through for two days of our stay. We made great use of the outdoor table and chairs sun loungers once the storm had passed.The villa is a 20 minute walk down hill to the town centre where you will find a variety of shops, cafes and bars. There is a small supermarket and variety of bars approx 5 min walk down the hill from the villa and there is a pizza takeaway and a bar just a short walk across the road from the villa. Taxis were very reasonably priced at 3 to travel from the town centre back to the villa and an 8 taxi to a large Lidl which we would recommend for getting all your food.

The property is in a quiet location. The only downfall was the hill to walk back up if you go into Caletta De Fuste. Scooters are a good option or a taxi, if you can get one, is about 4 euros, lovely villa and very spacious. The beds are quite low but that’s the Spanish to it, I think. Out of town and needs some TLC

When we were dropped off by our taxi upon arrival, we had a long walk up hill and through roadworks and took ages to locate the villa.. even the taxi driver couldnt find it. Description was a 10 min walk into town however, even on the quickest route took us atleast 20 mins downhill and going back was longer as all steep hills. The floors hadnt been mopped as the childrens feet were black after going around inside. The sofa bed in the master room had dust all around and overall just wasnt very clean. The outdoor furniture was quite uncomfortable to relax on and could do with new/thicker cushions. The swimming pool was nice and warm. Quite dissapointed after having paid alot for this villa. The villa agent was very rude when we said about the walk into town and when we wanted to book a taxi back to the airport but communication with Dr Iain was very good.

Spacious house

A nice house 15 min. Walk to the beach. Spacious with several outdoor sitting area's. A lot of toys for the children. The gated pool is very nice when with small children (placed an extra bench in front of it just in case). Very equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but that suits the price of the house.

Just perfect

Great villa. Lovely outside space with so many choices of sitting areas. Great pool with slide and outdoor shaded play area with lots of games. The children were entertained and the adults were too! This villa has everything you could want plus so much more. Would definitely return and would highly recommend. Thank you Iain for sharing your lovely property
