Questa proprietà gode di una buona posizione nello sviluppo esclusivo di Alta Vista. Questa casa si trova nella città di Calete e non soffre di essere fuori città, come tanti. La casa stessa è di 3 letti, 2 bagni e 3 terrazze.

Questa è una casa grande e adeguata - una casa lontano da casa - molto spaziosa con cucina separata e utility (2 lavandini) con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. C'è anche una terrazza privata al largo della camera da letto principale.

Il letto principale è anche servito da un proprio bagno privato con vasca e doccia. 6 posti letto facilmente. Le tre terrazze soleggiate includono un balcone privato con vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Calete de Fuste.

Le terrazze posteriori piastrellate e appartate catturano il sole tutto il giorno e includono barbecue delle Canarie per cenare all'aperto. C'è un'opzione vasca idromassaggio (Jacuzzi), che è totalmente isolata e ideale per osservare le stelle di notte.

La proprietà ha l'uso della piscina del complesso Bahia Sol in città con recinzione di sicurezza per bambini e lettini. La struttura ha anche l'uso del complesso di piscine Castillo Mar in città con recinzione di sicurezza per bambini e lettini. Hai una chiave per entrambi.

We had 3 weeks a beautiful time in this big house. Matias the agent is a very kindly and understandig man. We asked for an extra set of clean towels and that was no problem at all. In the kitchen we missed the coffee maker but that was not a great problem. We used instant coffee with warm water from the kettle. The kitchen inventory was very extensive but it is a pity that not everyone clean well the frying pans and roasting pans.During our stay we didn't use the hottub and BBQ.We asked the man that controlled the hot tub water and he confirmed that not everything works as it should. We cleaned all the floors in the house and terrasses a day after arrival and noticed that 2 plastic sunbeds and 2 plastic chairs were broken. We send Matias an app and he asked for some photo's so he knows which models he must buy. But all in all we had a wonderful holiday. Greetings Ria and Wil

Great spacious property with all the amenities you need home from home.My only 2 critics were the pillows were very lumpy and need updating and also the tiled floors of the whole property had not been moped are feet were black on the first morning after arrivalproperty had not been mpped

1 week stay

Property its self was in a great location . Close enough to walk into town. 3.50 for a taxi if needed. Lovely and quiet and gorgeous views from all angles.It was well equipped but unfortunately alot of bits were broken, sunbeds,clothes airer, parasol etc. Hot tub you get charged extra for.We arrived sunday. The water was too dirty to use but we were told the guy woukd come and chemical it wed. When he arrived , it was beyond cleaning so emptied it. Was not then filled till wed eve and wasnt up to temperature till Thursday eve. So really we paid for a week and got 2 days, which was a little disappointing.Ultimately we would choose this villa again because of lovation but jist a little attention to detail vlwanong and replacement of broken bits would make the visot even better.

Generally a good stay in a value for money property.

The villa is in a good location a short walk into town and only a few minutes from shops, bars and restaurants.The outside space is excellent and gets the sun all day. The TV package is second to none, particularly if you like watching sport!We had some issues with the hot tub on arrival which needed re-cleaning and the boiler had to be replaced which meant we had no clean hot water for most of our first week.There were also some cleaning issues on arrival which have been communicated to the owner.We would stay again as the property represents good value for money.

An Enjoyable Months Holiday

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the house. The property was an easy walk to and from the beach. The view from the bedroom balcony of the sea was lovely. We made good use of the bbq most evenings. The house was spacious and had comfortable seating in the lounge. The listing is not completely correct. The TV is not 50 inch but 42 inch. The DVD player was not able to be connected as the TV did not have the correct fitting. A second dvd player did not work at all. You are not able to park outside the property. Parking is on the opposite side of the road and very difficult due to lack of space (one resident had a sign asking you not to park outside their property). This was not a problem for us as we parked in the road just as you entered the estate. Usually we like to use the hot tub but only used it a couple of times as it was passed its best (very weak jets and not able to control temperature). We were not able to give five stars for cleanliness, overall it was good. We found a lot of cobwebs in the living area, mould in shower and bath (we cleaned the bath mould and stains very easily with a cleaner from the supermarket). A little more cleaning would improve the propery. The fridge worked well but the freezer was very iced up. I accept that this is not the owner's fault but I am sure that this is something that he will address. We did have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the house.

Séjour très sympa !

Seul bémol contre lequel malheureusement il est difficile de faire quoi que ce soit : le survol régulier des avions au dessus de la ville (on se trouve dans le couloir aérien). Hormis cet inconvénient, le séjour a été extrêmement agréable !

Family holiday

After some miscommunication which was quickly resolved, we arrived at the apartment and found it clean, well appointed and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The upstairs balcony makes for a great sun trap and we made great use of the hot tub. The availability of sky sports was also a great bonus. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to come back again. The apartment had everything we needed though next time we would definitely consider hiring a car due to the long walk down and back up the hill in order to visit town.

Great property Great area

The property was clean and tidy very comfortable and in the perfect location. You are 5 minutes from a few bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the front with even more bars and restaurants to choose from. I recommend Mollys bar, view bar and Lins for amazing food and drinks. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday I'd definitely return.

The property has all the amenities you could want for a perfect holiday, The property is clean and the check in and check out times are perfect. Great Value House

The house was exactly as per the pictures in the description. Large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and of course a hot tub. It's about a 20 minute walk into Caleta from the house, down a mild slope, so obviously a slightly uphill return journey. This was fine because we are both fairly active. It is in a quiet area which was great away from the hustle of Caleta. The hot tub was clean and ready for use as soon as we arrived. A great find, and a great price.

Fuerteventura holiday bliss!

Everthing about our holiday was superb. From the initial welcome, the great facilities in the house, the good location to the hot tub! You really need a car to get about and see the beautiful island and can park right outside, but if not, it is only a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. The town, with it's excellent beach, is a bit further down the hill but it is possible to walk. Getting back is all up hill, so you could get a taxi. All in all a great holiday with excellent communication with the host. Thank you.

Perfect Stay Everything You Need

Great property so stay there is everything you need easy to find beautiful sunny balcony beds are good nice quiet area will definitely be back host easy to contact to answer any queries supermarket bars and restaurants 5 min. walk centre of the resort a bit further and on return taxi cabs are very reasonably priced

Caleta de fuste

This was a fantastic property for our holiday, plenty of room for us (2 adults & 2 kids 17 + 13) , great views from the master bedroom and nice high ceiling meant it didnt get too hot in there. Added bonus of cracking wifi and full TV , hot tub, dishwasher etc. Its a pleasant walk downhill into town 15/20 mins however there is a supermarket and a selection of bars & restaurants halfway down the hill, the excellent Nestors is around the corner and also the little pizza place at the end of the road is one of the best in town. We wouldnt hesitate returning to this property, spotless clean, plenty of space & packed with amenities.

We have stayed in this area a lot over the past few years and it is in a great location . 15 minutes walk down hill to the beach and a good 20 minute hike back up . 3 good size bedrooms one with en-suite .Sky tv and internet were all fantastic . Communication from owners was excellent and Sue the agent in Fuerteventura. Overall great value if you use all the beds.

Will definitely stay again

Brilliant location, 20 min walk down to harbour. Walk back up not too taxing but you can jump in a taxi for £3+ euros. Lovely house, everything you'd need and more. Very spacious and the garden room at the back which had large glass doors which opened right up to increase outdoor space was amazing. Lovely outside spaces, sun all day. Sue was available if needed very friendly and full of local knowledge. Yes will definately return. Thank you.

Perfect for a family holiday

Our second stay at the villa, this time we brought our two grandsons aged 11 months, the owner was very accommodating in ensuring cots and high chairs were available , as the previous visit it met our expectations for a perfect family break.
