“Come siamo arrivate subito la sorpresa di trovarci con un letto matrimoniale quando la prenotazione è stata effettuata con due letti, per giunta nell'offerta era citato perfettamente che la camera era composta con due letti matrimoniali, ci hanno risposto che l'hotel NON dispone di camere con 2 letti matrimoniali, allora cosa ho prenotato?? siamo rientrate più volte in camera e l'abbiamo trovata ancora da rifare la sera, così abbiamo dovuto chiamare il servizio ed attendere che venisse qualcuno...

“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden. The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant. However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold. In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. “Struttura tutto sommato bella, in generale manca di gentilezza da parte del personale addetto, camere non insonorizzate, per il prezzo ci si aspetta un accappatoio e pantofole oltre che amenities. Durante le ultime ore in piscina al mattino, dalle 8 alle 12 circa gli addetti hanno pulito tutta l’area attorno alla piscina con Kaercher generando rumore fastidioso. ”

“Very beautiful and stylish, designed with great attention to the smallest details. The room was spacious, and it has a lot of room to hang clothes and beach towels. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with lots of nice and cozy restaurants as well as walking distance to the other landmarks of Willemstad. Staff is supportive at all times. You can get fresh beach towels daily which we have loved. ”
