“Come siamo arrivate subito la sorpresa di trovarci con un letto matrimoniale quando la prenotazione è stata effettuata con due letti, per giunta nell'offerta era citato perfettamente che la camera era composta con due letti matrimoniali, ci hanno risposto che l'hotel NON dispone di camere con 2 letti matrimoniali, allora cosa ho prenotato?? siamo rientrate più volte in camera e l'abbiamo trovata ancora da rifare la sera, così abbiamo dovuto chiamare il servizio ed attendere che venisse qualcuno...

“Check-in was smooth and easy, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The towels in the bathroom were in poor condition, and my daughter had to request a bed change because there were hairs on the sheets and the comforter appeared dirty inside. Additionally, I experienced some bites during my stay that I suspect may have been from bed bugs, which is very concerning—especially given that the property is relatively new. “Wonderful stay, bigger space than pictures posted online. Very well maintained. Had ac issue which was fixed right away. Kitchen had pristine appliances. Booked with two friends, so spacious. Living room sliding doors opens out into pool so convenient. We loved it. ”
