“The room was very clean and that's the most important thing to me the little fridge was so cold it froze our water.The free breakfast was not very good and we got there the first morning at about 7:30 and they were out of most things.Over all it was good for what we needed.”

“The housekeeping staff is horrible. Didn’t clean our rooms correctly and the where no protocol for kids during a softball tournament nearby, running up & down hallways late nights and staff did nothing. Very below Hyatt place standards.
