"Decent room, staff was polite, and booking/check-in were easy. The only negative was that there are no ethernet ports in the room, which was necessary for work. I had to check out early to find another hotel that offered this instead. They have a pool and gym, and they also have daily breakfast. ..."

"The rooms were nice. The staff was exceptional. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good. If you are on a tight budget, this is not for you. Or eat at the grab and go. The buffet we had was $79 for 2 people. A box of Pepcid was $15.37 for 8 tablets. Yikes. The gardens ..."

Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown
"The bedding was terrible. Mattresses very uncomfortable and pillows flat. The sheets were uncomfortable and did not feel clean and crisp. The parking garage was a nightmare as well. Very cramped and hardly any spaces. It was also loud from the outside and the hallways."
