“Our stay here was excellent! The outside of the property has been refurbished along with the inside of the rooms. The bed was firm but comfortable. Hardwood floors throughout and tile in the bathroom. Excellent customer service! We come to Nashville often and will definitely be staying at this property again. Excellent room for value. Also, I appreciate being able to park in view of my room. 5 stars all the way for the value!”

“The checkin process is a mess and ended up assigning the same room to 2 different people. My luggage was thrown out in the corridor by another guest. I want a refund, please avoid this property at any cost”

“The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again. ”

“The first room I was in was horrible. It had mold, mildew, and all whatever complained about it and no one done anything. unfortunately, I had to rebook the room that’s when they put me in a different room. TV no telephone or air-conditioning work in either rooms.. on top of all that someone stole my tennis shoes, white Reebok”

“Worst stay ever. We checked into the room and found bed bugs walking on the bed. Immediately walked down to the lobby and was moved to another room. The bed springs has someone’s puke stained, it was absolutely nasty room. I would never recommend this place. If the rooms are this nasty, they shouldn’t let customers to stay.”

“Hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was a bit worn but clean enough. Could use a bit of updating. A/c worked great. I did it eat breakfast. The reason was because there was a dead roach in the elevator. It was cleaned up after I got back on, but just turned me off of eating any food .”

“From the pictures, this property looked super cute and the price was affordable. Upon arrival, we were very shocked to find the condition of the hotel was not the same as the pictures. We were sent to our room which was located on the far side of the property facing the busy street. Once we got into our room, which we kind of felt like we were in the wrong part of town.
