“Very RUDE!!!! Very rude gentleman at check-in. The customer service was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, this experience ruined our stay. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others. Management should address how guests are treated at check-in.”

There was a huge crack in the bathroom counter in front of the sink and the shower nozzle had a mind of it's own sometimes, sliding up to hot-hot when I moved it to warm-hot. “Hotel was nice enough, but the floors were sticky. Beds were clean, bathrooms were fine, and the room had a decent kitchen. But there were no utensils, cooking equipment, dishes, or anything that would come in handy for using a kitchen.”
