“Absolutely terrible, gross and not clean. We booked 3 nights we were in for work only stayed one night and checked out the next morning. Loud and smelled disgusting!! I’m asking for a refund!!”

“Filthy place. Thick dust on coffee machine & vents. Mold in fridge which also leaked on the floor. Dirty shower, floor, and towels were stained. Our room was $100 for one night. Should have slept in the car.”

“We chose this hotel because is was close to my sons house. Also, we read some of the reviews. It was rated good or excellent must of the time. We give a poor review. Since we arrived, we were confronted with one situation to another. Such as: we noticed the entrance and hallway floors were not clean and mop. We got to our bedroom and the iron board was broken. The following day I tried to connect the hair blower in the bathroom to dry my hair. The electricity shot down in the bathroom. When we...

“Our stay here was excellent! The outside of the property has been refurbished along with the inside of the rooms. The bed was firm but comfortable. Hardwood floors throughout and tile in the bathroom. Excellent customer service! We come to Nashville often and will definitely be staying at this property again. Excellent room for value. Also, I appreciate being able to park in view of my room. 5 stars all the way for the value!”

We only stayed one night and had very little interaction with the staff, but the interaction we did have was friendly. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was fine for a one-night stay.”
